I'm not looking to start one, but everyone keeps saying that a new Neteller will be in place in 90 days. I read over on covers that it took Solidpay 2 years before they were ready to start doing EFTs due to things like banking laws.
One week less then it would take the US gov. to shut you down. It is very obvious that the offshore market is going back 10 years to an underground business. at least in the US
